These terms govern your use of the Akhand International website and any orders you place with us. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.

Products and pricing

We aim to describe and price our products accurately. Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices and product details at any time.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed by our payment provider (Revolut). We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we cannot fulfil it.

Delivery

Delivery charges and timescales are shown at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control.

Returns and refunds

If something is wrong with your order, contact us promptly and we will put it right. Perishable food items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons except where faulty.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
